Job summary

Seven West Media in Adelaide is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to join our team and support the Seven Sales unit across broadcast TV and digital channels. You will work closely with the Sales Executive and a broad client base to deliver campaigns and maintain strong relationships.

In this role you will manage bookings, assist in proposals, coordinate delivery of campaigns, and keep client and revenue records up to date.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive work ethic and strong team focus.
• Genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing linear television and digital bookings.
• Assisting in the preparation of linear television and digital proposals.
• Delivery and management of multiple advertising campaigns.
• Accurately maintaining client and revenue records.
• Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
• Providing administrative support to the Sales team.

An exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team inAdelaide by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

In this role,you’llwork closely with the broader sales team andwillreport directly to a Sales Executive in Adelaide. You’lljoin adynamic environment whereyou’llinteract with key clients and stakeholders,supportingthe smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.
