Southern Cross Media Group is seeking a Multimedia Sales Representative in Toowoomba to drive new business and grow revenue across our cross‑platform portfolio (TV, radio, digital). You’ll build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and sell integrated advertising solutions across channels such as Seven Network, 7plus, LiSTNR and Total TV.

Success requires excellent organisation, proactive prospecting, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is essential.
• Previous media industry experience is desirable but not essential.

What does your day to day look like?

• Helping clients find the best advertising solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Selling integrated advertising solutions across Seven, 7plus, Channel 10, LiSTNR, the Hit and Triple M radio networks and Total TV offerings.
• Building strong relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with creative and campaign teams to develop impactful advertising solutions.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Conducting face‑to‑face client meetings to build relationships and identify business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records within the CRM system
• Actively participating in group sales training and professional development programs
• Acting as the regional representative for Paramount and Channel 10 within the Canberra market.

What We’re Looking For:

As a Multimedia Sales Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic, high‑performing sales team focused on driving new business and growing revenue across Southern Cross Media Group's market‑leading media portfolio. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify new business opportunities, and develop integrated advertising solutions that deliver measurable results.

Success in this role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, confidence in cold calling and business development activities, and the ability to create compelling client presentations that effectively communicate value and drive outcomes.

Proven sales experience is essential. Previous media industry experience is desirable but not essential.

In this role, you'll represent some of Australia's most recognised media brands, selling across Seven Network, 7plus, Channel 10, LiSTNR; the Hit and Triple M Radio Networks and Total TV solutions, giving clients access to powerful cross‑platform advertising opportunities spanning broadcast TV, streaming, digital audio and online channels.
