Seven West Media is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator in Adelaide to support the Sales team in delivering advertising campaigns across broadcast TV and digital channels.

You will process bookings, assist in proposals and help manage campaigns, while maintaining client records and developing relationships to drive revenue. A proactive, organized candidate with MS Office skills will thrive and grow toward a sales-focused career.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail, customer service, hospitality, marketing).
• Strong Word and Excel skills and good data-entry ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive work ethic and strong team focus.
• Interest in progressing into a sales role within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage linear television and digital bookings.
• Assist in preparing linear television and digital proposals.
• Deliver and manage multiple advertising campaigns.
• Maintain client and revenue records accurately.
• Develop and strengthen key client and business relationships.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
