Job summary

Seven West Media in Toowoomba is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator for a casual, office-based role. You will support the Seven Sales team across broadcast TV and digital channels, delivering excellent client service and helping campaigns run smoothly.

You’ll work with the sales team to manage bookings, prepare proposals, maintain client records, and build strong relationships with customers. The role offers exposure to regional advertising with a dynamic media group.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive work ethic and strong team focus.

A day in the life…

You're a driven Sales Coordinator playing a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team in Toowoomba, on a casual basis, by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

You'll work closely with the broader sales team and report directly to a Sales Executive in Toowoomba. You'll join a dynamic environment where you'll interact with key clients and stakeholders, supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.
