Job summary

Seven in Toowoomba is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to support the Seven Sales team across TV and digital channels on a casual basis. You will deliver excellent client service, help manage campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in our local market.

You will work with the broader sales team, reporting to a Sales Executive in Toowoomba, coordinating bookings and proposals while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth campaign

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or service).
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive work ethic.
• Genuine interest in progressing into sales within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage linear television and digital bookings.
• Assist in the preparation of linear television and digital proposals.

A day in the life…

You're a driven Sales Coordinator playing a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team in Toowoomba, on a casual basis, by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

You'll work closely with the broader sales team and report directly to a Sales Executive in Toowoomba. You'll join a dynamic environment where you'll interact with key clients and stakeholders, supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.
