Job summary

Seven West Media in Adelaide is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Seven Sales team, delivering excellent client service and supporting campaign delivery across broadcast TV and digital channels.

You will work closely with the sales team, reporting directly to a Sales Executive in Adelaide, interacting with key clients and stakeholders, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail, customer service, hospitality, marketing).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive work ethic and strong team focus.
• Genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing linear television and digital bookings.
• Assisting in the preparation of linear television and digital proposals.
• Delivery and management of multiple advertising campaigns.
• Accurately maintaining client and revenue records.
• Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
• Providing administrative support to the Sales team.
