OMD in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Media Implementation Account Director to lead a team delivering best-in-class campaign implementations and trading excellence across a portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with Client Leadership and Centre of Excellence to drive strategic thinking, operational excellence and continuous improvement in delivery and measurement of campaigns.

• Significant experience in media implementation within an agency environment.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial decision-making skills.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Managers, Executives and Assistants.
• Create and support individual development plans that drive growth and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional work for clients.
• Build effective processes to monitor and improve campaign and client KPI performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency stakeholders and media partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor across campaign implementation, trading and performance conversations.
• Partner closely with Business Management teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Ensure stakeholders receive clear, timely and actionable communication.
• Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities that maximise value for clients.
• Lead campaign-level negotiations and optimisation strategies to drive performance.
• Contribute to business development, pitches, proposals and case studies.
• Support the delivery of market-leading implementation solutions across media channels.
• Oversee campaign briefing, booking and implementation across your client portfolio.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Manage team workflow and resources to maximise productivity and quality.
• Partner with Centre of Excellence, Media Partnerships and Trading teams to ensure successful campaign execution and measurement.
• Share best practice and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion innovation and challenge conventional thinking to deliver remarkable work.
• Educate clients and internal stakeholders on emerging media trends, trading opportunities and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate across OMD and OMG teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
