Job summary

OMD Melbourne is seeking an experienced Media Implementation Account Director to lead a team and deliver best-in-class campaign implementation across a portfolio of clients within the VIC Government space.

You'll drive strategic thinking, operational excellence and commercial outcomes while mentoring a team of media specialists and collaborating with Centre of Excellence and Trading teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a media agency with implementation, investment or trading.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of media buying and optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Managers, Executives and Assistants; create development plans and foster a high-performing culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agency stakeholders and media partners; act as trusted advisor on implementation and performance.
