OMD Melbourne is seeking an experienced Media Implementation Account Director to lead a portfolio of clients, drive best-in-class campaign execution and deliver commercial outcomes while developing a high-performing team.

You'll partner with client leadership, Centre of Excellence and trading teams to optimise campaigns, mentor managers and deliver strategic, data-driven media solutions across channels in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in media implementation or trading within a media agency.
• Proven leadership experience at scale.
• Strong negotiation and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of managers, executives and assistants.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships as a trusted adviser.
• Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities and drive value for clients.
• Oversee campaign briefing, booking, implementation and measurement across client portfolios.
• Share best practices and champion innovation across OMD and OMG teams.
