Job summary

Omnicom Media Group in Sydney is hiring two Media Implementation Assistants for an entry-level start in media and advertising. You'll gain hands-on exposure across traditional and digital channels while supporting day-to-day campaign implementation and learning campaign delivery from start to finish.

You'll work with an experienced team to build skills in campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, data management and billing.

Qualifications

• Interest in media, advertising or marketing.
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the set-up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Assist with campaign reporting, data management and insights from performance.
• Support campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentation.
• Work closely with your team, internal stakeholders, media partners and other agency teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of media platforms and channels including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social.
• Monitor campaigns and help identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Participate in brainstorms, training, workshops and strategy sessions.
