OMD in Melbourne is seeking a Media Implementation Assistant to kick-start your career in media and advertising. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on exposure across traditional and digital channels and will see you support campaign setup and monitoring from day one.

Under guidance of an experienced team, you'll develop skills in media trading, reporting and data management, learn how campaigns come together, and build your Excel, PowerPoint and communications capabilities.

Qualifications

• Interest in media, advertising or marketing.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Curious, analytical mindset with interest in data and technology.
• Previous media or agency internship is advantageous, but not essential.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support the set-up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Assist with campaign reporting, data management and identifying insights from campaign performance.
• Support campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentation.
• Work closely with your team, internal stakeholders, media partners and other agency teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of media platforms and channels including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social.
• Monitor campaigns and help identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Participate in brainstorms, training, workshops and strategy sessions.
• Build your understanding of the wider media landscape, technology and campaign delivery through structured training and on-the-job learning.
