OMD is hiring two Media Implementation Assistants to join our Sydney team and start careers in media and advertising. This is an entry-level opportunity offering hands-on exposure across traditional and digital channels, with training and mentorship from an experienced team.

You will support day-to-day campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and data management, learning media platforms such as TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social.

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Support the set-up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Assist with campaign reporting, data management and identifying insights from campaign performance.
• Support campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentation.
• Work closely with your team, internal stakeholders, media partners and other agency teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of media platforms and channels including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social.
• Monitor campaigns and help identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Participate in brainstorms, training, workshops and strategy sessions.
• Build your understanding of the wider media landscape, technology and campaign delivery through structured training and on-the-job learning.
