Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Mechanical Team Leader – FIFO Roxby Downs to lead the service team, oversee equipment inspections, servicing and repairs to maintain high standards and reliability. This is a Fly in Fly Out position based from Roxby Downs with possible Adelaide transport costs for non-residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability.
• Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities.
• Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements.
• Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan.
• Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available.
• Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch.
• Conduct equipment servicing and repairs.

About the role

Based in Roxby Downs & reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand. This is a Fly in Fly Out Position which is based out of Adelaide to Roxby Downs. Candidates not residing in Adelaide will need to cover the costs of own transport from there

Roster will be either a 8x6 or a 2x1 and preference on roster will be discussed at interview stage.

This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

As a Team Leader, you will:
