Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Team Leader based in Roxby Downs, with a Fly-In Fly-Out arrangement from Adelaide to Roxby Downs. You will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard.

The role includes mentoring technicians, coordinating parts and tools, driving safety culture, and managing cost in line with budgets; roster options are 8x6 or 2x1, with preference discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications

• A mechanical trade qualification.
• Experience in leading teams and managing service demand.
• Sound planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to problem solve and be flexible.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage cost in line with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability
• Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
• Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
• Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan
• Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
• Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
• Conduct equipment servicing and repairs
