Job summary

PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer Technician to join our Brisbane team. You will test mechanical systems, collect and analyse data, and assemble/install mechanical assemblies in support of Mechanical Engineers and Technologists.

Key tasks include selecting tools, estimating material costs, performing field/lab tests, and ensuring designs meet specifications and contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Selects tools and equipment.
• Assembles and installs mechanical assemblies and hydraulic systems.
• Estimates material costs and quantities.
• Performs field and laboratory tests.
• Collects and analyses data and prepares diagrams.
