Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor (LV Workshop) to join the maintenance team at Duketon operations in Western Australia. This site-based, FIFO role on an 8:6 roster from Perth offers direct supervision of tradespersons and contractors, delivering maintenance strategies and reliability for LV equipment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead high-performing teams, drive safe work practices, and collaborate with suppliers to optimise equipment life cycles and

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification with a track record of leading maintenance teams
• Mining & resources experience in a leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• S26 exposure or ability to obtain certificate

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of tradespersons and contractors in the LV Workshop
• Implement maintenance strategies to deliver equipment performance
• Ensure reliability, maintenance and planning practices are fit for purpose
• Support planning to maintain and improve LV fleet reliability
• Resolve maintenance priorities to meet short- and long-term production goals
• Plan activities for continuous safety and production improvement
• Use condition monitoring and inspections to optimise equipment life cycles
• Establish strong links with key suppliers/vendors for technical support
