Job summary

Regis Resources Ltd seeks a Mechanical Supervisor (LV Workshop) to join the maintenance team at our Duketon operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will supervise tradespersons/technicians (including contractors) and oversee maintenance planning to ensure reliability of LV equipment.

This FIFO role operates on an 8:6 roster ex-Perth, site-based with strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• To be successful for this role you will have a relevant trade qualification and a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing maintenance teams.
• Demonstrated mining & resources experience in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• S26 exposure, certificate or ability to obtain certificate.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of tradespersons/technicians (including contractors).
• Implement maintenance strategies delivering equipment performance.
• Ensure reliability, maintenance and planning practices are fit for purpose.
