Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Lead to shape performance and resilience of our ANZ cooling infrastructure across a growing data centre portfolio. The role focuses on liquid cooling, CDUs, SFNs and related systems, providing expert input across operations, projects, upgrades and modernisation.

You will work across lifecycle stages to identify improvements and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience across data centres, industrial buildings, or other critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of cooling infrastructure including air-cooled chillers, AHUs, pumps and VSDs.
• Experience with liquid cooling technologies such as CDUs and SFNs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across mechanical and cooling infrastructure for the portfolio.
• Support development and evolution of liquid cooling solutions and associated infrastructure.
• Assess designs and upgrades to ensure resilience and operational suitability.
• Analyse and troubleshoot performance issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to commissioning, lifecycle planning and modernisation across data centres.
• Share knowledge, strengthen standards and mentor others.
