Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking an Electrical Services Lead to provide expert technical leadership across the ANZ electrical infrastructure. You will review designs, support commissioning, upgrades and lifecycle management while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure safe and reliable operation of critical systems.

The role emphasizes upholding industry best practices, developing procedures, and driving continuous improvement across operational environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure incl. UPS, generators, switchboards and transformers.
• Experience with load management, discrimination and Arc Flash analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across electrical infrastructure including UPS, generators, main switchboards, transformers and associated systems.
• Review electrical designs, technical change requests, methodologies and documentation for operational readiness.
• Support commissioning, project design reviews, upgrades and lifecycle management across CDC's portfolio.
• Develop and improve electrical procedures, standards and technical documentation including MOPs, SOPs and EOPs.
• Investigate complex electrical system functionality and performance issues with internal and external teams to develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Design Engineering, Construction and other teams to ensure resilient data centre environments.
