RCPA in Melton is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on supervising maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, coordinating schedules and promoting a strong safety culture on site.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, collaborate with operations and engineering, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement to reduce

• Experience leading a maintenance team in manufacturing or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Previous supervisory roles with focus on safety and reliability.
