Job summary

Aquatec Maxcon Pty is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter based at our Ipswich workshop, with travel to client sites to ensure quality and productivity objectives are met.

You will install and assemble structural, mechanical and piping components per drawings, conduct testing, and uphold safety protocols to deliver reliable plant systems.

This role requires flexibility to work off-site and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified as a mechanical fitter.
• Manual driving license.
• Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble structural, mechanical, and piping components per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct testing (e.g., pressure testing, alignment checks) to ensure system integrity and functionality.
• Adhering to safety protocols, risk assessments, and permit systems to ensure a safe, compliant work environment
• Flange management
• Fault finding and troubleshooting across plant systems
