Job summary

Seeley International, a leader in climate control solutions, seeks a hands‑on Mechanical Engineer to support assembly lines, design for manufacture, and ensure regulatory compliance for residential HVAC products. You will work across production, service and sales, with time in the factory and workshop, plus travel as required.

You will bring a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, real manufacturing experience, and strong CAD/DFMA skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience applying DFMA principles to plastics and metals.
• Knowledge of product validation, testing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to assembly lines and metal fabricated components to improve production efficiency.
• Resolve production issues including BOMs and component design.
• Design, develop and test products to meet safety, reliability and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to transfer new products into production.
• Manage warranty and field failure issues and drive root-cause analysis.
