Job summary

Mace is seeking a Document Controller to support a complex, large-scale infrastructure programme in Sydney. You will manage information flows, ensure compliance with ISO 19650, and align with client requirements to deliver high-quality documentation.

You’ll lead project IM functions, train teams, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to CDE implementation, bid development and digital excellence with net-zero ambition.

Qualifications

• Proven information management experience across major projects, aligned with ISO 19650 and CDE standards.
• Proficient in key IM systems (Aconex, ViewPoint, SharePoint) and data tools including Power BI.
• Strong understanding of document control, information architecture and model assurance (Revit, Solibri).
• Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement, international experience, and awareness of data security and governance.
