Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of mechanical drafting experience in building services preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, ACC, Navisworks and AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience coordinating mechanical services with other disciplines.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards and NCC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical services drawings and documentation from concept design through construction documentation.
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Produce layouts for HVAC, ductwork, piping, plantrooms and equipment arrangements.
• Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, hydraulic, electrical and fire protection disciplines.
• Incorporate design changes and consultant comments into drawings and models.
• Lead mechanical BIM coordination from concept to construction documentation.
