The role focuses on delivering detailed HVAC and mechanical services documentation using Revit, collaborating with engineers and project teams across high-rise, commercial and education sectors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Drafter within building services.
• Strong Revit experience is essential.
• Experience producing HVAC and mechanical services documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed mechanical and HVAC documentation using Revit.
• Develop and maintain accurate mechanical services models.
• Work closely with Mechanical Engineers throughout project delivery.
• Produce documentation for tender and construction.
• Assist with design and services coordination.
• Update Revit models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and delivered within project timeframes.
