Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking a practical mechanical designer who can bridge design and workshop. You’ll modify AutoCAD drawings, manage designs through Vault and work with engineers and trades to bring practical mechanical concepts to life.

Heavy vehicle, trailer manufacturing or boilermaking knowledge is highly regarded. The role runs 6am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish arrangements by agreement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience in workshop environments.
• AutoCAD modification skills and Vault experience.
• Good communication with engineers and trades.
