MECCA Penrith is seeking a Store Manager to lead our prestige beauty retailer in NSW on a full-time basis, with a Tuesday–Saturday rotation. You will oversee store operations, coach a large team and drive exceptional customer experiences, aiming to deliver MECCA-magic moments daily.

With 3+ years in large-format retail leadership, you’ll build capability through training, set KPIs, and foster staff development while partnering with leadership to sustain a high-energy, guest-focused store that

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role

• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
• Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience
• An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others
