MECCA Brands is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) for the Mornington store in VIC on a fixed-term contract until October 2027, working 22 hours per week.

You will lead from the front, coach a large team, and drive store performance to deliver MECCA-magic moments for every customer.

Formación

• Previous experience in leading large retail teams.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a passion for creating memorable moments.
• Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams

• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
