MECCA Brands in Paddington, NSW, is seeking a Zone Manager to lead our flagship store on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will support the management team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and coach your team to meet KPIs while upholding MECCA values.

The ideal candidate has proven experience leading large retail teams, a passion for service, and the confidence to give constructive feedback.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
