MECCA Green Hills in NSW is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the store on a full-time basis. You will oversee stock flow, merchandising, and team development to maintain an exceptional retail experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and a commitment to MECCA’s values while delivering strong store KPIs in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
• Manage and audit stocktakes
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Green Hills store in NSW on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful

What success looks like in this role

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.
