MECCA Brands in Miranda, NSW is seeking a Floor Manager for a full-time, fixed-term role ending Nov 2027. You will support the Store Manager to lead a large team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive KPI performance.

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams.

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills with focus on team development.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience

• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team

• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams

• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.

• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development

• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
