MECCA Brands George St Flagship in NSW is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) to lead one of the store’s three floors. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive customer experience, coaching a team of 80+ MECCA team members and partnering with senior store leaders to deliver exceptional results.

You will be on the shop floor, model MECCA Magic, oversee operations, performance, and culture, and help shape the flagship environment.

Step into a senior leadership opportunity at one of MECCA’s most iconic flagship locations.

We are looking for passionate Assistant Sales Managers (2IC) to join our MECCA George St Flagship store in NSW on a full-time basis working Sun-Thu.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the leadership of a large-scale flagship store and team of 80+ MECCA team members. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, each Assistant Sales Manager will have responsibility for leading one of the store’s three floors, partnering closely with the Sales Manager and Flagship Store Managers to create an exceptional customer experience and deliver strong commercial results.

As a senior leader in the store, you will be highly visible on the shop floor, taking ownership of your floor and helping set the standard for customer experience, team culture and performance. You’ll lead, coach and inspire a diverse team within your area, while working collaboratively with the broader leadership team to navigate the pace, scale and complexity of a flagship environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Sales Manager to lead a team of 80+, creating a high-performing, engaged and inclusive team culture.
• Leading from the shop floor, role modelling exceptional customer experiences and inspiring your team to deliver MECCA Magic every day.
• Supporting the Sales Manager in driving store performance, commercial outcomes and KPI achievement.
• Coaching and developing leaders and team members, providing meaningful feedback and supporting performance management where required.
• Helping lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume flagship store, ensuring operational excellence and seamless execution.
• Building strong relationships across the store and wider MECCA business, confidently collaborating with senior stakeholders and store leaders.
