MECCA George St Flagship in NSW is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) to join our leadership team. You will co-lead a large, high-volume flagship store with 80+ MECCA team members, driving exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results from the shop floor.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will coach and develop a diverse team, influence at all levels, manage day-to-day operations, and help set the standard for culture, performance and operational excellence

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the leadership of a **large-scale flagship store and team of 80+ MECCA team members**. Reporting directly to the **Sales Manager**, each Assistant Sales Manager will have responsibility for leading one of the store’s **three floors**, partnering closely with the Sales Manager and Flagship Store Managers to create an exceptional customer experience and deliver strong commercial results. As a senior leader in the store, you will be highly visible on the shop floor, taking ownership of your floor and helping set the standard for customer experience, team culture and performance. You’ll lead, coach and inspire a diverse team within your area, while working collaboratively with the broader leadership team to navigate the pace, scale and complexity of a flagship environment.
