MECCA Brands is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) for the MECCA Fountain Gate store in VIC. This fixed-term contract runs until November 2026 and is 15 hours per week. You will support the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead from the front, and drive store success through effective coaching and communication.

The role requires availability for late evenings and weekends, with a focus on achieving KPIs and upholding MECCA values in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.
