MECCA Armadale in VIC is seeking a Part-time Zone Manager (3IC) to lead our store on a 21-hour week. You will support the management team, coach staff, and drive KPI performance while delivering MECCA’s legendary customer experiences.

We value someone with proven leadership of large retail teams, a deep customer service mindset, and a passion for coaching colleagues to achieve results. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading large retail teams.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to create memorable experiences.
• Ability to coach and develop team to achieve KPIs.
