MECCA is seeking a Replenishment Assistant for our Claremont WA store to keep stock levels replenished and presented to the highest standard. You will support the management team, execute stock maintenance, and contribute to store performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring stock levels are maintained and presented impeccably, contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

What success looks like in this role

• Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
