MECCA Chadstone seeks a Brow Specialist to join our renowned beauty destination. You will specialise in brow shaping, lamination, tinting and lash lift, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You should have recent brow experience, a beauty qualification, and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best. This is a casual/part-time role with flexible schedules and staff discounts.

Qualificações

• Experience in Brow services is essential.
• Certificate III in Beauty Services or Makeup is required.
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy is preferred.
• Availability to work late evenings and weekends is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to brow and lash expert in-store for brow styling, shaping, lamination, tinting and lash lifting.
• Perform back-to-back brow and lash services during busy periods while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

• Be the go‑to expert in‑store for all Mecca brow and lash services, being and a pro in brow styling, shaping, lamination, tinting and lash lifting.
• You are comfortable performing back‑to‑backserviceson our busiest days, whilst providing the ultimate customer service experience.
• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

Requirement of the role:

Availability to work late evenings and weekends

What you will bring to this role:

• Previous and recent experience in Brow services is essential for this opportunity!
• Along with yourprofessionalexperienceand passion forall‑things brows and lashes, we look for team members who resonate with our values, and are positive, passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service!
• Certificate3in Beauty Services or Makeup (with a completed waxing elective)
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
• Professional experience in performing the following brow and lash services (some but not all required):
  • Ideally Brow Shapes
  • Precision Waxing with correct form
  • Precision Tweezing & Trimming
  • Brow Styling (including use of Crayon, Powder & Pomade)
  • Highlighting Trimming and Tweezing
  • Brow Lamination
  • Tinting
  • Lash Lifting
