MECCA Brands in Chadstone (Victoria) is seeking a Dermal Therapist to join our new destination. You will consult customers, deliver advanced facial treatments and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced beauty environment.

We expect a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and at least 1 year of skin service experience, with a passion for skin health, education, and exceptional customer care. Full-time or part-time shifts, including potential late nights and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• A Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum qualification).
• At least one year of professional experience in performing skin services/advanced skin treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology and skincare ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for skincare needs and expert advice on skin health.

We’re searching for exceptional Dermal Therapists to join the team at our new MECCA Chadstone store! This is an opportunity to bring the latest high-performance skin treatments to our customers, work with some of the best global skincare brands and help shape the future of skin services at MECCA.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• As a Dermal Therapist, you will work on a full-time or part-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.
• Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for their personal skincare needs and expert advice on skin health.
• Building relationships with our clients.
• Delivery of advanced facial treatments.
• Support with in-centre/practice training and promotional activities.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum qualification).
• At least one year of professional experience in performing skin services/advanced skin treatments.
• Proven experience in skin consultations, and a strong base knowledge of skin physiology and skincare ingredients.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and a drive to always provide exceptional customer service.
• The desire to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
