MECCA Brands is seeking a Store Manager for its Burwood store in New South Wales. The role involves leading daily store operations, driving an exceptional customer experience, and coaching a large team to achieve KPIs.

The position follows a Tuesday-Saturday shift pattern and offers a substantive leadership development path. Ideal candidates bring at least three years of large-format retail management experience, a passion for service excellence, and a proven ability to mentor and develop staff

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
