Responsibilities

• General butchery and repackaging of meat.
• Boning and slicing products.
• Maintaining a clean work area.
• Receival of packaged meat cartons, checking quantities against delivery documents.
• General warehousing duties.
• Moving of cartons between receival, cool room and dispatch areas.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Label, stack and wrap cartons.
• Rotate stock and damaged packaging.
• Complete delivery orders.
