Qualifications

• Skilled meat workers must have at least 2 years of experience with Slaughter and/or Boning.
• Entry level starters welcome, with 20 or more entry level positions available in general labouring.
• Q-fever vaccination is required for work in any Meat Processing facility.
• Hand and foot check by your local doctor is also needed for anyone working with meat.

Responsibilities

• Packing boxes, packing meat, stacking and loading of cartons of meat
• Knife usage (range of different positions all with training included)
• Moving stillages or pallets with machines or pallet jacks
• Cleaning of the floor (making sure area is clean for production)
