NH Foods Oakey Beef in Queensland is hiring reliable Labourers for a fast-paced meat processing team. This hands-on role involves handling and packing meat products, loading, sorting, and following safety and animal welfare procedures.

We offer secure full-time hours (38 per week) with day or afternoon shifts, on-the-job training and paid overtime. Applicants should be physically fit, dependable and eager to learn in a supportive, local operation.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of demanding and repetitive work.
• Reliable and committed to full-time hours.
• Willing to learn and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handling and lifting meat products safely and efficiently.
• Packing, labelling and sorting meat products.
• Cutting, trimming, and sorting meat products.
• Loading, unloading, and moving products safely.
• Herd cattle through the race into slaughter floor.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Following animal welfare procedures.
