Job summary

Teys Australia in Rockhampton is seeking skilled production workers (Boners, Slicers and Slaughtermen) for the start of 2026 production mid to late January at our Rockhampton Plant. Roles include Slaughterman, Boner (morning/afternoon) and Slicer (morning/afternoon) with penalties/allowances for shifts.

As a full-time, permanent employee you will work at least 38 hours per week with potential overtime and weekend work in a modern facility with on-the-job training and paid inductions.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing or food production to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform slaughter, boning and slicing tasks on assigned shifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and follow all site safety guidelines.

About the Role

Salary range = $65,000 - $81,400+ p.a

About You

• Australian Citizen/Permanent Residency/Full Working Rights in Australia are essential


• Pass a TEYS pre-employment medical check, including drug alcohol test


• Q-Fever vaccinated (or willing and able to get)


• Be able to provide two professional reference checks.
