Job summary

Labour Solutions Australia– Strathfield South NSW is seeking candidates for permanent full-time roles in the meat processing and logistics area. Starting pay is $25.74/hour (Level 1 of the Meat Industry Award 2020), with penalties per the award.

Roles run 38 hours per week with a dedicated shift from 4am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, and are based in Strathfield South NSW 2136. There are 48 months of work on offer across 20 roles, with progression based on skill evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Receive meat cartons and check quantities against delivery paperwork.
• General cleaning duties.
• Move cartons between operational rooms.

• Maintain basic dispatch, delivery and inventory records.

Located in Strathfield South NSW 2136 Full-time 38 hours per week. 48 months of work on offer 20 roles on offer ranging across all operations - no experience required. Starting pay is $25.74/hour - Level 1 of the Meat Industry Award 2020, with additional payments/penalties as per the award.

Progressing to higher levels is based on satisfactory skill evaluation. Roles start in November 2026. Applicants must be fit, as the job entails repetitive lifting, movements and standing in an upright position for the entire shift.

Potential to upskill and progression opportunities. A dedicated team to provide on and off-the-job training Monday to Friday 4am to 2pm. Flexibility to work these hours is essential.

The role

• Receive meat cartons and check quantities against delivery paperwork
