Job summary

Sophos is seeking an MDR Threat Analyst to join our remote-first security operations team. You will work with enterprise systems, log analysis, and endpoint collection to investigate, identify, and neutralize threats as part of a 24x7 monitoring and response service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a SOC or security team
• Experience with endpoint and network security tools
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework preferred
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Respond to security events and threats
• On-board and train new Threat Analysts
• Create MDR service reports and client cases
• Investigate and neutralize cyber threats
• Maintain security metrics and threat trends
