Zusammenfassung

The Perfect Recruit is recruiting MC tanker drivers for a Smithfield-based transport company. You will mostly haul liquids (ISO tanks, drums, bulker bags) with some container work in modern Scania and Volvo trucks, with full paid training on start.

Start times between 3am and 7am; 10–12 hour shifts; home every night. The role is permanent from day one, with overtime penalties for weekends and 4 weeks annual leave plus one RDO per month.

Qualifikationen

• MC licence with at least 2 years’ experience (B-double preferred).
• Tanker or ISO tank experience; liquid work counts (milk, water, chemicals, oils).
• Full Australian working rights; able to pass medical and drug/alcohol testing.

MC Tanker Drivers Wanted: Smithfield | Liquid & Container Work | Permanent Role

Early starts | Home every night | $40.01/hr + penalties

We’re recruiting 4–5 experienced MC tanker drivers for permanent roles with a reputable Smithfield transport company that keeps its drivers long term. You’ll mainly cart liquids, along with some container work, in modern Scania and Volvo trucks, with full paid training to get you started.

The work:

Mainly liquid haulage: ISO tanks, IBCs, drums and bulker bags

Mostly base oils and additives, with some DG. No fuel.

Some container work, including 20 ft and 40 ft containers off the wharf

Deliveries to customer sites, with an induction at each one

Start between 3am and 7am. You’ll get your start time the afternoon before.

10–12 hour shifts, home every night

Weekend work available, mostly container runs to the ports

Permanent with the client from day one

This is a hands-on job:

Each drop involves jumping out of the truck, opening container doors, handling heavy hoses and climbing onto the tank to check it’s empty. You need to be fit, active and comfortable working at heights.

What you need:

MC licence with at least 2 years’ experience (B-double preferred)

Tanker or ISO tank experience. This is a must. Any liquid work counts: milk, water, chemicals, oils and so on.

Good fitness for regular physical work throughout the shift

Comfortable working at heights, including climbing onto tanks

Full Australian working rights

Able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol testing
