Job summary

Booth Transport Pty Ltd is seeking experienced MC drivers to operate set-run food-grade tankers between NSW and Victoria. You will drive a Kenworth T620 towing an A-double, with a fixed roster and predictable schedule.

The role is based at our NSW or Victorian branches and offers an owner-vehicle style setup. Join a fourth-generation family-owned company that values safety and reliability, with ongoing training and a supportive team backing its drivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current MC licence and have a clean driving record.
• Experience loading/unloading food-grade tankers.
• Solid knowledge of fatigue rules and logbook requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol tests.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Run the NSW–VIC set route five times per fortnight.
• Load and unload at customer sites.
• Keep truck and tankers clean and in food-grade condition.
• Pre-start and post-trip checks, and reporting any defects.
• Keep your work diary and delivery paperwork accurate.
• Work within fatigue, speed and mass requirements.
• Stay in contact with planners so loads run on time.

About the role

Booth Transport is looking for experienced MC drivers to run food-grade tankers between NSW and Victoria. It’s a set run, five trips per fortnight, carting glucose and brewers yeast.

You’ll be driving a Kenworth T620 towing an A-double. It’s a set truck and set tankers, so the gear is yours to look after and you’re not jumping between different combinations every shift.

The role can be based out of any of our NSW or Victorian branches.

What you’ll need

• A current MC licence and a good driving record
• Experience loading and unloading tankers
• Solid knowledge of fatigue rules and work diary requirements
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
• Reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working on your own
