Job summary

Followmont Transport is hiring an MC Driver for Bundaberg to perform local deliveries and tug operations around the depot. The role offers consistent hours, a Monday to Friday roster, and the comfort of being home every night and weekend.

You will complete local pickups, operate tug equipment, and ensure freight is loaded, secured, and moved efficiently while upholding safety standards. A current MC licence and transport experience are required, with forklift experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current MC Licence.
• Prevous transport or freight experience desired.
• Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential.
• Reliable attitude with a strong safety focus.
• Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete local pickups and deliveries in Bundaberg.
• Operate yard tug equipment and move trailers safely.
• Load, unload and secure freight.
• Collaborate with depot team to keep freight moving.
• Adhere to safety, fatigue management and compliance requirements.

Followmont Transport is seeking an experienced MC Driver to join our Bundaberg team. This role combines local freight deliveries with tug work around our depot, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be home every night.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing local pickups and deliveries across Bundaberg
• Operating yard tug equipment and moving trailers safely
• Loading, unloading and securing freight
• Working with the depot team to keep freight moving efficiently
• Following safety, compliance and fatigue management requirements

What You'll Need

• Current MC Licence
• Previous transport or freight experience
• Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
• Reliable attitude and strong safety focus
• Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal history check
