Job summary

Followmont Transport in Bundaberg is seeking an HR Driver to join our local team. You will perform local freight deliveries across the region, starting at 7:00am, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no overnight travel.

Whether you're an experienced HR Driver or looking to grow your transport career, this role offers training, support and future progression opportunities within a supportive, family‑owned business.

Qualifications

• Current HR Licence.
• MR or LR driving experience preferred.
• Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal history check.
• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Completing local pickups and deliveries of general freight.
• Providing professional customer service at delivery locations.
• Completing pre-start checks, run sheets and delivery paperwork.
• Using PDAs and scanning technology to manage freight.
• Loading, unloading and securing freight safely.
• Following company procedures and safety requirements.
