Looking for a local driving role with a great team, steady hours and no overnight travel?

Followmont Transport is seeking an HR Driver to join our Bundaberg team. Working Monday to Friday, you'll complete local freight deliveries across the region while providing excellent customer service and helping keep our network moving.

Whether you're an experienced HR Driver or looking to grow your transport career, this role offers training, support and future progression opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing local pickups and deliveries of general freight
• Providing professional customer service at delivery locations
• Completing pre-start checks, run sheets and delivery paperwork
• Using PDAs and scanning technology to manage freight
• Loading, unloading and securing freight safely
• Following company procedures and safety requirements

What You'll Need

• Current HR Licence
• MR or LR driving experience highly regarded
• Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to pass a medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal history check
• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
